Personnel policy
Personnel are the most important resource and HRM is key function of company’s management. Every director is undoubted personnel manager, he is responsible for staff entrusted to him and with help of HRM he solves problems of the company.  For achievement need we direct all work of HRM in our company at creating such atmosphere which allow to staff to understand clearly their aims; to influence their income: to realize remuneration which depends on individual and collective results; to share success and failures in work together with the company.

Principles of personnel policy

Selection of personnel.

We give preference to competitive selection in the case of staff recruitment, we surely set evaluation period with arrangement of clear tasks.

Different kinds of arrangements are held for successful adaptation of an employee – we create open informational and communicative sphere.

Career.

At present day we have task to give opportunity to every employee to show oneself. Depending on reached results employees can raise, they have access to that knowledge and skills which were accumulated inside the company; they can also realize their professional and career ambitions in various business-directions: metallurgy, building, development of trade enterprises.

Training and development.

Each employee of the company has opportunity to raise the professional level. All corporate training of employees is directed on increase of efficiency at achievement of the strategic purposes and problems of the company.
